Clinton T. Williams

Clint joined Bromiley Mackay Williams from one of the region's largest law firms. His broad practice focuses primarily on general business, real estate, and estate planning matters.

At the outset of his career Clint worked exclusively in commercial litigation, which experience helps guide his practice and enables him to counsel clients in ways that produce desired results while avoiding missteps leading to costly litigation. Clint has worked on numerous business and real estate transactions involving anywhere from a few thousand dollars to several million dollars. Clint's pragmatic, problem solving approach serves clients well in drafting and negotiating contracts; contemplating corporate governance matters; and preparing and analyzing due diligence materials.

Along with his legal practice, Clint serves as a Judge Advocate (JAG) in the United States Army Reserve. He also enjoys serving along side his family in their church and in the greater community, including providing countless hours of free legal services to those in need.

Outside of the office, Clint and his family enjoy riding horses as members of the Appleatchee Riders Association; fixing up their century-old home; and finding new things to see and explore in the beautiful Wenatchee Valley.
