Drawing from his many years of legal experience and expertise at North Central Washington's largest law firm, Kevin Bromiley founded Bromiley Law in 2015, with the intent of better serving individuals and businesses in the community. Bryce Mackay joined the firm in 2018, with Clint Williams joining in 2022, creating Bromiley Mackay Williams, PLLC. Together, Kevin, Bryce, and Clint possess decades of legal knowledge and experience in business, estate planning, and real estate matters, and derive great pride in serving people and businesses throughout the region.

Kevin Bromiley
Founding Partner
Kevin is a native of Wenatchee. His great-grandfather, Frank Bromiley, homesteaded on Badger Mountain outside of East Wenatchee more than 125 years ago. Over the course of his legal career, Kevin has worked on millions of dollars in real estate transactions, business transactions, and estate, trust, and probate matters. Kevin was honored by the Wenatchee World as one of its inaugural "30 under 35" young community leaders. _____________________________ Kevin graduated from the University of Washington receiving his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, and earned his Juris Doctor from Gonzaga University School of Law wherein he received a Merit Scholarship and the CALI Award for Academic Excellence in Contracts and Bankruptcy. His professional memberships and court admissions include the Washington State Bar Association, Chelan-Douglas County Bar Association (Young Lawyers Division President 2009-2010), Washington State Supreme Court, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Washington, and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington.
Bryce Mackay
Partner
Bryce was born in Salt Lake City, Utah, and raised in Bellevue, Washington. He and his family are thrilled to call the Wenatchee Valley home. With extensive experience in estate planning, probate, and guardianship work, Bryce helps families prepare for the most difficult stages of life. He also works with small businesses as outside general counsel to work through their formation, contract, and risk mitigation needs. Away from the office Bryce enjoys all types of sports, spending time with his wife and kids, serving through his church and throughout the community, and optimistically cheering on his beloved Seahawks and Mariners. _____________________________ Bryce earned his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Brigham Young University in 2007, and his Juiris Doctor from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2010, graduating cum laude. He served as an Associate Editor for the Gonzaga Law Review and received the CALI Award for Academic Excellence in Legal Research & Writing. His professional memberships and court admissions include the Washington State Bar Association, Chelan-Douglas County Bar Association, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Washington, and the North Central Washington Estate Planning Council.
Clint Williams
Partner
Clint was born and raised in Redding, California, and joined Bromiley Mackay Williams from one of the region's largest law firms. His practice primarily focusses on business, real estate, and estate planning matters. Along with his legal practice, Clint is an Officer in the U.S. Army Reserve JAG Corps. Outside the office, Clint and his family enjoy riding horses; fixing up their century-old home; and finding new things to see and explore in the beautiful Wenatchee Valley. ____________________________ Clint earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Utah, graduating cum laude, and received his Juris Doctor from Washington & Lee University School of Law, graduating cum laude. Clint served as a Lead Articles Editor for the Washington & Lee Law Review and served as President of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society. His professional memberships and court admissions include the Washington State Bar Association, State Bar of Texas (Inactive), Chelan-Douglas County Bar Association, and the North Central Washington Estate Planning Council.
Becky Woods
Legal Assistant
Becky has more than thirty years of experience as a legal assistant, previously at the largest law firm in Central Washington. She has also worked in the banking industry. Becky has extensive experience with business transactions, corporation and LLC formations, estate planning, and civil litigation. She has worked for businesses operating in Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho, Hawaii, and British Columbia. Outside of work, Becky and her husband Steve are world travelers. She loves everywhere from Vegas to Europe, tropical locales, and has snorkeled the Great Barrier Reef.
